Return & Refund Policy?
Once freshly roasted and processed, we ship your coffee via standard shipping, for free for US orders over $50.
We, Lucky Day Coffee Company, want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a coffee product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, less any shipping charges or fees.
We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Please contact us at support@luckydaycoffee.com and request a return label.
The following is our policy on shipping charges with returns:
Our Error:
If you received a wrong product due to our error, please return the product unopened in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.
Shipping Damage:
If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately at support@luckydaycoffee.com or by calling toll-free at 1-888-922-2221 and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, out of date, or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.
Your Error:
If we sent you the order you requested, but you ordered a product by mistake, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.
